Creating/Selecting Folders

Description

When creating two folders with the same name, but not the same case, its not possible to select the second folder

i.e. create folder "test" and folder "TEST"
i see first folder "test" and secondly folder "TEST"
when selecting folder "TEST", the folder "test" is highlighted.

Foldernames should not be casesensitive ( in IMAP) ?
