RoundCube unable to parse all parts of mailto: links.

For example: I recieved mail with link 

<a href="mailto:testuser@example.com&subject=Test">

When I tried to send mail using that links I got RC compose page with 

"testuser@example.com&subject=Test"

in To: field and empty Subject: field.
