As I don't have permission to re-open the bug, I've opened this one here.
What happens basically is:
What happens: If I try to open the e-mail in Outlook all attachments are corrupted except JPG and PDF ones. If I try to open the e-mail from RC Webmail, the attachments preview is garbled but I can download the healthy file. This issue does not affect Outlook Express.

Documents are fine now, but they appear as: "ATT00928.txt" in Outlook. If you rename them to .doc or the original extension, they will open.
It's still a naming problem.
I've tested it with the latest version.

I've reopened #1484973 for you. Attaching files is working now, so please upload message source.
I cannot attach files ... there seems to be someting wrong with trac. I get "permission denied".
