Plugin API - ready coded

I have coded a plugin API. It is very similar to Squirrelmail.

TRIGGERS:

Apendix to URL or ...
by templage <plugin:begin name="plugin_name:plugin_function">stuff to modify/replace<plugin:end />

Now I see you have changed redirects in index.php. Not a big deal, but I have to re-design some things.

Perhaps it is time to join efforts.
