can't send when webmail is used

Hello Techsupport

We have an issue... our clients (they use webmail, not Outlook) can't send emails.

When we try to send thru webmail it will give us the following error: "Falied to send message" and it doesn't send the message. No matter what account or domain we use.

We can send from the same account using imap and pop in Outlook, it works fine.

This is not a new installation. The system has been working fine for a year now.

The account identity is set, timezone is correct. We restarted the services, restarted the server. Checked DB, checked for some solutions online.... (there was one that said to create another "identity" and use it to send... but it gave the same error.

The system is running on a windows 2003 server R2 SP2; apache 2.2.4; Mysql 5.0; PHP 5.0; RoundCube 0.1-rc1.

As I mentioned before... this has been was working for a long time.

Is there anything else you want me to send you? logs, versions, etc...

This is not tech support forum, please use mailing lists. When you're requesting bugs to the trac first of all you should check latest stable or better latest svn-trunk version.
