HTML/plaintext editing toggle broken in Safari

Description

When switching from plaintext to HTML editing mode, everything is fine. However, if you attempt to switch back to plaintext the editor is not removed. If you switch again back to HTML, the HTML editor is duplicated on the page.

using roundcube-1.1 and Safari 3.1.1

Works for me with latest trunk (was fixed some time ago)
