Contacts with special character, like ñ, don't sends from contacts

Description

If in contacts, where the name contains special character, like ñ (164 in ASCII). If you select it, and press button to send e-mail. After, with the window to compose message opened, the address of the contact is not added.

Works for me with svn-trunk version. Try it and then reopen if it's not working for you but with more info (browser version, etc.).
