Sent/Trash mailboxes not shown in special group at top of mailbox list

In my brand new 0.1 setup, the Sent and Trash mailboxes are not shown up in the list of special mailboxes (with Inbox/Drafts/Junk") but down alphabetized with the rest of the messages based on the actual name of the mailboxes.

In my setup, as defined in main.inc.php, my mailboxes match what Apple mail uses; Sent -> 'Sent Messages' Trash -> 'Deleted Messages'

thus Trash shows up with the D's and Sent shows up with the S's.

Apache 1.3.37 (Linux, Cpanel Pro 1.0 (RC1)) PHP 4.4.4 MySQL 4.1.22-standard

Please note that the config option default_imap_folders is used to put special mailboxes on top of the list.
