"Failed to send message" ERROR help

Hi,

I got problems while trying to sent an email from roundcube webmail.i can sent the email from outlook but not from roundcube.checked the error log : it is saying "SMTP Error: SMTP error: No From address has been provided in C:\roundcube-0.1rc1\program\steps\mail\sendmail.inc on line 334"

But the strange thing is with the same settings other users can send emails. (eg: tijo@… can send emails but leo@… cannot)

It will be much appriciated if you could give some resolution.

Sorry, but how? We don't know anything about your setup. Just, "sometimes it works, sometimes not".

If you can send emails, this is not a RoundCube problem.
