virtuser_query option fails for mdb2 backend

Description

When using the MDB2 backend, the first login process will fail with the following error: 

Call to undefined method rcube_mdb2::escapeSimple() in /srv/www/vhosts/webmail.sis.nl/htdocs/program/include/rcube_user.inc on line 386

Looking through trac it seams that r915 only added that method to the rcube_db object.
