decrypt_passwd() error during installation

Description

During installation, at stage 3 (test config) an error appears if you try to check the specified SMTP connection. See attached screenshot for details. The same settings works fine in roundcube itself after completed install. I think it may be related to a wrong include.

This is already fixed in SVN.
