Install file should list the same prerequisites as the installer

Description

The installer doc file ( in the root of roundcubemail installation ), should contain the prerequisites checked by the installer program. Mainly creating main.inc and db.inc from config/*.dist files before running the installer.

PS Notices helped me to find the problem :)

See the MANUAL CONFIGURATION section. There is described what one should do when not using the install script.
