Spell Checker does not work properly in html mode (tinymce)

It finds mistakes in the signature text but does not find the body text. Where body text should be it just displays 'pre'

Even when typing a line with deliberate mistakes it doesn't find them, it continues to show 'pre' where the line should be.

If I click on toggle spellchecker, it says no mistakes found.

How do I solve this, my clients are all moaning about it.

Update to trunk and see if you have the same problem, re-open then.
