global preferences for mdn

Description

It would be very nice to have a global preference for mdn requests, such as in most clients, like: "accept all, ignore all, ask every time". For large mailboxes with traffic, having to click for each message is truly annoying.

As a bonus, I would also love to set ignore or accept automatically for a list of email domains. For example:

Default setting: accept all/ignore all/ask
Ignore from: spammer.net
Accept from: workplace.com, anotherworkplace.com

(greatly improves productivity in my case),
