SPAM sent when I logged into RoundCube

Description

Hi there, My boss was checking her email via RoundCube when it suddenly went down. When she logged back in and checked her sent box, she found that three different emails went out to three different addresses with very inappropriate language! Is this something that happened on your end? Meaning, do you know of a security breach that happened on your end?

RoundCube does not send mails without the user's knowledge. Please note that *anyone* can send mails with *any* from/sender address. Also a trojan that runs on your bosses computer and uses MS Outlook.
