user mails going to their own folder instead of to the inbox

Description

hello, i have a problem with an installation of roundcube. i set up 2 email accounts for foot-fantasies, info@ and webmaster@. when the client signs in, there's nothing in the inbox, but the mail goes to a folder info@…. the same for webmaster@. how do i make it so when he signs into say info@…, it goes to the inbox and not a folder of that name?
