Loading box doesnt disappear when looking for new mails

Found this bug when my spamfolder started to get abit big like over 5k mails.
When your in a big folder like my spamfolder with 6.8k mails atm and the roundcube client decides to check for new mails the "checking for new mails" box never disappear and the UI kind of hangs, you cant click anything, to get out of it you have to press the stop button in your browser then type ?_task=logout press enter and then login again.
This happens on every computer ive tried so far on both IE7 and FF.

Dont have so many e-mails. This probably has something to do with the maxx time for PHP scripts to run.
