Subfolders under Sent are shown under Trash in "Settings->Folders"

Subfolders under "E-Mail" are shown correctly under Sent. Subfolders under "Settings" are shown incorrectly under Trash (or whatever folder comes after Sent alphabetically).

No, we don't. Confirmed. It's because default folders goes first in _sort_mailbox_list(). So, rcube_subscription_form() must be modified to fix that bug.
