Can't scroll Inbox in Mac OS X Safari

Description

In Safari v2.0.4 (419.3) on Mac OS X 10.4.10, the scrollbar is not functional in the Inbox message list view. The scrollbar and arrow buttons do not work. The scrolling issue is not present when viewing an email.

Scrolling does work if I CTRL-click on the scrollbar.

I think this issue was present in the past, and resolved, but now it's back again.

This is a known issue but nobody was able to fix this CSS issue yet. Patches are very welcome!

From my testing the scroll bar issue is only present in Safari 2.x.x. It appears to be a bug that Apple has fixed in their release of Safari 3.

The fix: Safari users on Mac OS X 10.4 should use Software Update to upgrade to Mac OS X 10.4.11 or 10.5, both which contain Safari 3.
