no scrollbar when textline in mail is longer than browserwindow

If I recieve a mail which includes textlines (without blanks) that are longer than the messagebox in RC the end of the textline runs out of the window and can not be viewed.

There should appear a scrollbar to make the end of the textline reachable.

I have got a sample attached. The textline ends with XXX, but you can not see it because of the bug.
