AV scanning in attachments with clamav

I've created a patch for R/C RC1 release that adds support for scanning viruses in message attachments through clamav. The patch is experimental, since i am thinking of provide scanning as an option in the config -- but also a guy on #roundcube told me that future released would allow for plugins. But since scanning can be done through the mail daemon used, it would be nice to add this as an optional feature. At the moment scanning is performed only if the clamav PHP extension is existent.
