Message view crashes on scandinavian characters

Description
Noticed a problem as the message source attached below failed to view correctly on the trunk-20070612 version. Headers are displayed correctly, but the last visible line of
the message itself shown is "Palaute: elintarvikekioski avoinna joka p" and the rest
is "lost" the same thing happened to all messages of this kind and allways just before
the scandinavian character.
I assume that the problem is that the message isn't UTF8 and it doesn't have any information
on the character coding being used.
