Empty Spam/Junk Folder

When in the spam folder it would be nice to use the empty folder selection
at the bottom, but it is only active if you are in the trash folder.
Otherwise all I could find to do was highlight and delete them one page at a
time.

I was thinking this could be accomplished by adding an array to specify what folders the "Empty Folder" button would be active for.

you can do this also by clicking select all at the bottom of the screen then click remove

it this does not happen if you have many pages of messages (i.e. a user that has 500 spam messages to clear out of their spam folder.)

You would have to do a select all on every page...

This feature is already present in the latest SVN revision ([02479770] at this time).
