Description

If in identity name field Baltic symbols are used, recipients get email with wrong "FROM" data:

From: =?UTF-8?Q?Skautatinklis=20=C5=BD=20 <foo@…>, ?=@mail.bar.com

(Current identity name: Skautatinklis Ž)

somehow RC adds another incomplete email address

Looks very similar to #1484166, but that is for viewing/receiving, and this one is for sending.

Works for me. Please confirm with the latest Trunk (rev. 399 or higher)
