line 21:
"$labelsusername? = 'E-mail';"

Should be:
"$labelsusername? = 'Nazwa użytkownika';"

I second that. Not all systems use full email for auth.

I need to reopen it, i will get the source from the trunk, update that locale pl file, and then push it in to the tree.
