*SPAM* is a SpamAssassin? prefix added to the subject line. This is customizable on the SA admin page. So while we could add a default it would need to be editable. Thus it's really a filter - and since we don't have filters this should be closed.

Patch for 0.1beta2 that highlight message marked as SPAM by SpamAssassin? in message list (selecting all SPAM messages is also available)

You can find additionnal patches at http://www.guzu.net/files/roundcubemail and a screenshot (not of latest version).

It's supposed to be filtered basing on the X-Spam-Flag header, not Subject contents.

You can configure spamassassin to store messages identified as spam in a particular folder, so ther is nothing to do for RC.

This is not always true - spamassasin holds an option to move to spam folder, but it does not state what the spam folder name is. I think this is a good option to have - and at least make a start for filtering.

Some plugins exists. This shouldn't be a core feature.

A very little Plugin or an option in roundcube itself to move *SPAM* tagged messages from the inbox into another imap folder automatically would be great, since my provider does not use sieve or anything like this and I am not allowed to change the mailserver configuration.
I have not found any plugin that can do this. I cannot use the "Managesieve filters" plugin and "Mark as Junk 2" just creates a button...

Erm.. the "marked as spam" feature you're talking about does not exist in Roundcube and is therefore not a bug in Roundcube.. Message filtering is not implemented in Roundcube.
