Text labels for toolbar items

Description 

I would like to see always-visible (not just
hover/tool-tip) text labels for the toolbar icons
(Compose, Reply, Send, etc.).

Most mail applications (including Apple's Mail.app and
Thunderbird) show text labels for toolbar icons by default.

This would be especially helpful on the Compose page,
where I often find myself scanning around looking for
the "Send" button.

Here's a quick (and rough) mockup of simple text labes below
the toolbar icons.

Depending on width, the text labels could also be
implemented to the right of their respective icons (like the
Email, Address Book, Personal Settings, and Logout links in
the top right).

This can be achieved by creating an alternative skin. See
how the taskbar is implemented.

This can be done within the skin templates. It will not be part of the default skin but it's a feature that is available.
