Bottom Toolbar and IE5.5 on NT4

The bottom toolbar is not visable (the source HTML 
exists for it though) when using the 20051007 release.

There are several layout problems when using IE5.5 and 
NT4 (message selection links are mixed in the message 
list).  I suspect this is more of an IE5.5 CSS compliancy 
issue though.

The skin is based on advanced CSS 2 and older browsers are
not supported.... Somebody can provide a dirty IE CSS hack
for this?
