Semi-automatic addition of recipients to address book

When sending mail (incl replying or forwarding), prompt the user to save any address in the to/cc/bcc fields that aren't already in the address book. A simple message in the pop-up 'information' box (eg the one that usually says "Sent OK") saying "Click here to add these addresses" would be sufficient, followed by a screen listing each of the unknown e-mail addresses, requesting a name for each.

imho better way would be option in preferences to allow/
deny auto adding e-mail addresses into the address book 
(default enabled) because many avarage users don't know how 
to change settings and even don't notice big red signs. 
They let local it-person to set up their mailox and just 
use it.

i like the suggestion by 'nobody'. Just do it automatically and have the option to turn it off.
