Description 

In the mail folder view, the ability to sort by columns
(sender, date, subject, etc) would be a very useful
feature...

This is rather a feature request than a bug and it's planned
to implement sorting functionality in future versions.

Sorting does work very well in what I fetched from CVS HEAD
today. However, the sorting is not persisted. If I switch to
a different folder/view and switch back, the default sorting
is active.
